About the Agilent 1100 Series G1379A

Description:

The Agilent G1379A is an inline vacuum degasser module designed for use with Agilent’s 1100 Series HPLC systems. It efficiently removes dissolved gases from solvents using a vacuum-controlled chamber system with multiple parallel channels. This minimizes bubble formation and baseline noise in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) applications. Featuring Teflon AF membranes for chemical resistance, the G1379A provides reliable, maintenance-light operation for continuous flow solvent degassing. It supports up to four solvent lines, ensuring consistent pump performance and optimal chromatographic results.

Economic Advantage:

The G1379A’s reliable inline degassing reduces the need for manual solvent preparation and frequent maintenance due to bubble-related pressure fluctuations. This results in improved instrument uptime, consistent chromatographic baselines, and long-term savings in solvent and system maintenance costs.
