Whether purchasing refurbished equipment or brand-new manufacturer-direct inventory, every
transaction on Westrn includes a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This policy is
designed to give buyers operational flexibility—allowing institutions to assess equipment in their
own environment without committing prematurely.

The ability to return a device within 30 days ensures that purchasing decisions made through
Westrn are fully reversible within a practical and professional time frame. In fast-moving
organizations where needs shift, specs evolve, or deployment strategies change, the return policy
provides a safeguard against misalignment—without requiring justification or penalty.

Westrn’s return framework supports the platform’s broader mission: to make capital equipment
procurement more adaptive, more transparent, and more aligned with the way modern

Returns are straightforward, professionally handled, and supported directly by Westrn’s fulfillment

Refund Timing and Terms:

  • Refunds are issued within 72 hours of a returned device being delivered back to Westrn.
  • Orders that have not yet been fulfilled and are canceled by the customer will be refunded within 72 hours of cancellation.
  • Devices scheduled to ship within 24 hours of a cancellation request may not be intercepted successfully; in such cases, the device must be received and returned under the standard return policy.
  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Westrn does not issue refunds to alternative accounts, cards, or third-party payment instruments.
