A dual-action 96-tube manifold aspirates and dispenses in parallel, adjustable from 50 µL to 3,000 µL in 1 µL steps. Programmable soak (0–60 min), shake (slow/med/fast/variable) and up to ten sequential wash cycles safeguard loosely adherent cell monolayers. Residual volume is < 2 µL per well, and dispensing at 300 µL into a 96-well plate for three cycles finishes in under 30 seconds. An optional auto-switch module routs four buffers, and the Ultrasonic Advantage cleans manifold channels without manual scrubbing. The washer nests beneath BioStack handlers for walk-away ELISA or high-volume screening yet occupies just 14 × 17 × 11 in and 30 lb on the bench.
