The Alaris PC 8015 is the central Point-of-Care (PC) unit of the BD Alaris™ System, featuring a color LCD touchscreen running Guardrails Suite MX software to guide precise delivery by large-volume pumps, syringe pumps, PCA, SpO₂, EtCO₂ and Auto-ID modules. It supports up to four infusion/monitoring channels plus an Auto-ID module, providing drug-library enforcement, clinical advisories and customizable Profiles for adult, pediatric and neonatal care. The PC unit wirelessly transmits infusion and monitoring data to CareFusion Systems Manager, logs events in on-board flash and compact flash memory, and runs on a rechargeable battery housed within a 7.2 lb chassis—ensuring hours of uninterrupted operation at the bedside.
