Description:
Dyad’s two independent Alpha blocks (micro-tube, 96- or 384-plate) each hit –5 °C to 105 °C with ± 0.3 °C uniformity and up to 3 °C s⁻¹ ramping. A heated lid or Power-Bonnet oil-free seal plus mouse-driven GUI store 800 methods.
Economic Advantage:
Running two different PCR protocols at once on a single chassis doubled throughput without doubling bench space—ideal for core labs before high-density cyclers existed.
