Interchangeable holders accept everything from single 0.2 mL PCR tubes to 384-well plates and 50 mL conicals. Mix rates are user-set in 50 rpm steps between 300 and 3 000 rpm (loads ≤ 80 g) and held by closed-loop 2D Mix-Control, which prevents vertical splash-back even at maximum speed—ideal for enzyme digests or bead resuspension. A dedicated Touch-Vortex mode spins individual tubes at 3 500 rpm the moment the vessel touches the head. Timing is fully programmable from 15 s to 99 h 30 min or continuous, and five soft-key presets speed everyday tasks.
