Designed for chair-side turnover, the M3 heats one gallon of distilled water in its 1.8-L stainless chamber and, with pulsed-steam technology, completes an unwrapped 132 °C cycle (including drying) in about six minutes. A membrane keypad offers presets for Pouches, Unwrapped and Low-Temp cycles, plus a 10-min “dry-heat” pre-warm option. The automated door slides out with the tray, reducing hand burns, and an external condensing tank cools exhaust without plumbing—though a VistaCool™ drain kit is available. A bright LCD counts down each phase while onboard sensors abort on low water, high temperature or high pressure. Despite rapid throughput the unit draws only 1 400 W (115 V / 12 A) and emits roughly 5 000 BTU h⁻¹. Weighing 71 lb dry, the 21 × 17.8 × 7.1 in housing fits a 24 × 22 in countertop and swings out for reservoir fills.
