About the SciCan Bravo 17v

Description:

The Bravo 17V is a Class B fractionated-vacuum chamber autoclave featuring both pre-sterilization and post-sterilization vacuum phases to guarantee uniform steam penetration and thorough drying. A single-button interface engages one of four pre-programmed cycles—porous/wrapped, hollow/unwrapped, solid/wrapped or solid/unwrapped—while the patented Dri-Tec™ closed-door vacuum drying system speeds load turnover without heat loss. Users benefit from an integrated front-fill port, optional automatic remote filling/draining, and an external USB interface for digital cycle recording. The 17 L (4.5 gal) chamber (10 × 13.5 in) sits in a compact 22 × 19 × 16.5 in footprint, making it ideal for busy clinics with limited counter space

Economic Advantage:

By delivering chamber sterilization and drying in as little as 19 minutes (solid/unwrapped) through 35 minutes (porous/wrapped)—roughly half the runtime of conventional gravity-displacement units—the Bravo 17V slashes cycle time and boosts throughput for high-volume practices. Its automatic fill/drain capability and closed-door vacuum drying reduce staff intervention and water waste, while the USB-based documentation simplifies compliance without paper records. Together, these innovations cut labor and operating costs per cycle, translating into a faster return on investment compared to rival tabletop autoclaves
