About the Zeiss ATLAS 995
Description:
The ATLAS 995 couples a 22-ring Placido cone with Zeiss’s Arc-Step algorithm to deliver true elevation data over a 12.5 mm field. Infra-red eye-ID and Cone-of-Focus auto-alignment cut acquisition time to seconds, while the 10.4 in touch PC stores serial maps for ectasia monitoring.
Economic Advantage:
By extending measurement out to 95 D with ±0.10 D repeatability, it gave refractive surgeons early keratoconus screening and contact-lens fitters limbus-to-limbus data, reducing post-LASIK surprises and lens remakes.
